Lose it! Programs
Lose It! offers a variety of programs, all based on our unique three-pronged approach of combining the disciplines of exercise, healthy eating, and behavioral therapy.
The Lose It! weight loss program combines a healthy food plan, a comprehensive and balanced exercise program and behavioral therapy in order to enable lasting success. The goals of our program are for long-term, life-changing achievement.
The Lose It! professionals will see you once a week for 12 weeks and you may be in contact with them in between your sessions as necessary. You will be accountable for tracking your food intake and your exercise assignments. Over the 12 weeks we will analyze your records and help you to fine tune your program. The Lose It! staff will help you trouble shoot and problem solve as difficulties arise.
The Lose It! program for people who are pre-diabetic or diabetic uses the Lose It! techniques as in the weight loss program. Our Registered Dietician gears this program specifically for proper eating habits and food choices appropriate for diabetics. The exercise is also tailor-made by our Certified Personal Trainer to break insulin resistance. You will also work on internalizing the program through behavioral modification so as to be able to enjoy the long-term results. The object of this program is to stop the progression of the disease, to reverse the symptoms and to regain quality of life for those in a more advanced stage. This program is once a week for 8 weeks.
Lose It! Consultations
Lose It! now offers a one-time consultation for Diabetes, Weight Loss, and General Health. In this 2 hour session you will receive a food plan, the basics of exercise to get you started and practical CBT concepts to help you achieve your goals. The cost of these consultations is 500 shekels.
Lose It! Online
Join the successful weight controllers who have changed their lives by doing Lose It! via telephone and email. You will get all of the great benefits of the Lose It! program from your very own home.

Lose More! / Keep it Off! / Weigh In!
When you are finished with 12 weeks of Lose It!, you have the option of joining one of our continuing programs. In Lose More!, you can see us twice a month as you continue losing weight. In Keep it Off! you will see our staff once a month in order to make sure you stay on track with your eating and exercise. Or if you choose, simply come in for a Weigh In! and we will continue to track your weight for you. In any continuing program, we will track your weight for you weekly.
